Digital Service: As HandsOfAI is a digital SaaS platform, all services are delivered instantly upon payment. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@handsofai.com
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all premium features until the subscription expires
- After expiration, your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- Your documents and data will be preserved and accessible on the free plan
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
3. Refund Policy
✅ Eligible for Refund
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first subscription purchase
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve them
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase date
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual auto-renewals)
- Change of mind after significant usage of premium features
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial month/year usage (no pro-rata refunds)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@handsofai.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Payment transaction ID (from your receipt)
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-3 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or bank account.
6. Annual Subscriptions
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual amount
- After 7 days, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time, but access continues until the end of the annual period
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months
7. Free Plan & Trials
HandsOfAI offers a free plan with limited features. We encourage users to explore the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. This allows you to evaluate our service without any financial commitment.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@handsofai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and may delay the resolution of your issue.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
